What's Included in Every Turnover

Kitchen: Surfaces cleaned and sanitized, appliances wiped down, microwave cleaned inside and out, fridge spot-cleaned, sink scrubbed, trash removed, floors swept and mopped.

Bathrooms: Toilets cleaned and sanitized, sinks scrubbed, showers and tubs cleaned, mirrors polished, all surfaces wiped, trash removed, floors cleaned.

Bedrooms: Dust removed from surfaces, mirrors polished, light switches and handles wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped.

Living Areas: Surfaces dusted, tables wiped, cushions fluffed and reset, floors vacuumed and mopped, light switches and handles cleaned.

Final Touches: Ceiling fans and light fixtures checked, windows spot-cleaned, forgotten items collected, trash removed, final walkthrough completed.

Running low on guest essentials? Vivid Clean Co. can pick up and restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and other basics so your property is fully stocked and ready before your next guest arrives.

$25 service fee + cost of supplies. A receipt is sent for everything purchased. Just mention what you need when you book.
