Pricing and Estimates

  • All estimates are based on the information you provide at the time of booking, including property size, room count, condition, and selected services.
  • Estimates are subject to change based on actual property condition upon arrival.
  • Heavy cleaning, biohazard situations, smoke damage, excessive trash, or conditions beyond normal use may be billed separately and at a higher rate.
  • You will be notified of any price adjustments before additional work is performed.

Access and Entry

  • Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time. This includes keys, lockbox codes, smart lock access, or meeting on-site.
  • If the team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
  • Please ensure pets are secured or arrangements are made prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24 to 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the quoted service fee.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: Full service fee may be charged.
  • Rescheduling with adequate notice is always free.

Payment

  • Payment is due at or before the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Accepted payment methods include card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and other digital payment methods.
  • First-time clients or large jobs may require a deposit prior to service.
  • No service will be performed without confirmed payment or deposit.

Service Limitations

  • Vivid Clean Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions that pose a risk to the team.
  • Off-limit rooms or areas must be disclosed before service. Excluding rooms may affect overall pricing.
  • Vivid Clean Co. does not perform pest control, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or structural repairs.

Photo Documentation

  • Post-clean photo documentation is provided on every job for quality assurance and property condition verification.
  • Photos may be used for dispute resolution and to document property condition.
  • Photos will not be shared publicly without your consent.

Liability

  • Vivid Clean Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present before service.
  • Any concerns about service quality or potential damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Vivid Clean Co. carries general liability insurance for your protection.
